Simulates the Rev A.1 ladder: CTRL bus through OT-U/OT-D and four series STOP NC contacts; HOLD bus through the timer's timed-NC contact TR-1; SL-3 seal holds the slow relay latched after a short cam trigger — SL no longer depends on the cam staying closed. Brake relay driven by the VFD "running" output (STOP kills BR instantly, brake slams). Relay states propagate one frame at a time.
